CHOCOLATE AND VALENTINES DAY DRINKS PT III


Tattooed Love Goddess:

1 oz Vodka
1 oz Vanilla schnapps
1 1/2 oz Godiva liqueur
Fill with Half-and-half

Mixing instructions:

Fill glass with ice, add all liquers, top off with cream and shake well.

CHOCOLATE AND VALENTINES DAY DRINKS PART I


Godiva Chocolate Martini

1 1/2 shots chocolate liqueur (such as Godiva)
1 1/2 shots creme de cacao
1/2 shot vodka
2 1/2 shots half-and-half

Mix all ingredients in a shaker with ice, shake and pour into a chilled cocktail glass.










Kahlua Hot Chocolate recipe
   
Scale ingredients to  servings
1 oz coffee liqueur
5 ozhot cocoa
1 tbsp whipped cream
1 tsp sugar


Combine coffee liqueur and cocoa in an irish coffee cup, and sweeten to taste. Top with cream, sprinkle with grated chocolate, and serve.

TEQUILA! (PART III)

Mexican Martini:

2 oz. silver Tequila
1 ½ oz.  orange liqueur
2 oz. sweet and sour mix
1 oz. lime juice
2 oz. orange juice
Splash of lemon-lime juice
2 olives

Pour all ingredients into a large cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into a large martini glass with a salt rim. Add two olives on a spear and serve.

TEQUILA!! (PART II)


Mexican Leprechaun

2 oz.  Blanco Tequila
½ oz. Rose’s Lime Juice
Ginger Ale
1 Lemon Wedge

Pour Cabo Wabo Tequila and lime juice into a mixing glass half filled with ice. Stir well and strain into a chilled martini glass. Top with ginger ale and garnish with a lemon wedge.

Vodkatini:

1 1/2 oz Vodka
1/2 oz Dry Vermouth
1 Green olive

How to make a Vodkatini:

Mix all ingredients for a Vodkatini Recipe in a chilled cocktail shaker and pour into cocktail drinking glasses. Add an olive, onion, lemon twist or maraschino cherry  to create a great speciality drink from an easy to make recipe!


Fizzy Banger Shot:


Put the shot glass on the bar, fill it half way with your choice of vodka.  Top w/lemon lime soda leaving a little room at the top. Cover the glass with a cocktail napkin. Now place the palm of one hand over the napkin and hold the shot glass with the other hand. Lift your hands together and then bang the shot glass three times quickly on the bar in the course of about a second and a half.   Shoot it down while the bubbles are going strong.

Bourbon Drinks Pt III

Bourbon Cobbler

1 1/2 tsp superfine sugar
3 oz club soda
1 maraschino cherry
1 slice orange
1 slice lemon
2 1/2 oz blended bourbon whiskey

In an old-fashioned glass, dissolve the sugar in the club soda. Add crushed ice until the glass is almost full. Add the bourbon and stir well. Garnish with the cherry, orange and lemon slices.








J. R.'s Revenge

3 oz bourbon whiskey
1/2 oz Southern Comfort® peach liqueur
2 dashes bitters

In a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes, combine all of the ingredients. Stir well. Strain into a cocktail glass.
